Côté ALPES was established in 2010 near Chambéry, in the Savoy region of France. Further to several years of experience working in the food industry, Fabrice Granger, following. Fabrice Granger wanted to put his experience and skills towards creating his own wholesale business dealing in quality regional products from the Alps. The company has since developed strongly and is continually adding new products to its extensive range. Respect for Alpine tradition and savoir-faire is at the heart of the company's choices. In 2011, Fabrice Granger won the " Croix de Savoie" prize at the "Etoiles de l'entreprenariat" (Rising Entrepreneurial Stars) competition organised by 'Pôle Emploi' & 'Savoie Initiative'. The prize was awarded in recognition of Côté ALPES's support of the local economy and its contribution to maintaining Savoy culinary tradition and trade through the commercialisation of Saboya foodstuffs.
